We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna PPO, and Cigna. Rock Ridge Family Medicine is not a in network provider for Medicaid and is not accepting any new Medicare patients.

Please check with your insurance carrier to see if Rock Ridge Family Medicine is in network. Please verify the address of the clinic with the insurer.

There is a $140 deposit collected at the time of the appointment on all New Patients. Once the claims are processed, any credit can be issued back to you or left on your account.

All new patients are required to have a complete well exam to establish provider and patient relationship.

  Rock Ridge Family Medicine does not file motor vehicle accident claims.
